PAYMENT:
1. Payments can be done through Paypal or e-Transfer if you're based in Canada
2. Full payment upfront is preferred, however, a client can also:
• put a 50% deposit before I start the drawing to secure a spot
• pay the remaining 50% before I send the files
3. Your spot is secured once I receive your first payment.
4. Prices are in USD and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
5. Prices can vary by complexity, detail, and size of the commission. If the pricing were to change, I will let you know before starting the commission in which case you will have the option to terminate the request.
6. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once I start working on your commission. If I have not finalized the drawing yet, you will receive a 50% refund (if you paid in full) otherwise once the drawing is completed there are NO REFUNDS.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The artist reserves the right to deny a request of commission as they see fit (short notice, restrictive deadline, poor communication, inappropriate or rude behaviour)
2. The artist reserves the right to upload the commissioned piece on personal websites and galleries.
3. The artist reserves all rights to the illustrated piece. The client may not use the illustration for commercial use unless the artist has given written permission in which an additional charge will be applied.
4. The client is not allowed in any way, shape, or form, allowed to alter, change, or recolour anything that the artist has designed.
5. The artist reserves the right to live record or stream the commission process unless requested otherwise.
6. The artist will complete the artwork in their preferred style and will absolutely NOT trace or copy references or another artist's work.
7. By commissioning the artist, the client agrees that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
